REJURAN® EYE
The under-eye area is delicate and often one of the first places to show change. Fine creasing, dryness, dark circles and a loss of brightness can gradually develop over time.

For suitable individuals, Rejuran® Eye is a polynucleotide-based treatment used in the under-eye area with the intention of supporting skin quality, hydration and texture. It is chosen by patients who want gradual, natural-looking improvement rather than a change in facial shape.

Rejuran® is regulated in Australia as a Class III medical device and must be administered in a professional clinical setting.

How does it work?
Rejuran® Eye contains polynucleotides, which are used in aesthetic medicine with the intention of supporting skin quality and texture over time. The polynucleotides (PNs) are derived from highly purified salmon DNA. These molecules are considered biocompatible with human skin. When introduced into the skin, they are used with the intention of supporting the skin’s natural repair processes and may assist in improving overall skin tone, texture and elasticity over time.

It is carefully placed into selected areas of the under-eye region following a detailed assessment. Treatment is tailored to your anatomy, skin condition and goals.

Many patients are recommended a series of treatments, followed by maintenance sessions. Your personalised plan will be discussed during consultation.
Your Consultation
A consultation is required before treatment to confirm suitability.

During your appointment, we will:
-
Review your medical history and medications
-
Assess your under-eye area and surrounding structures
-
Discuss your concerns, including dark circles, creasing or dullness
-
Explain how Rejuran® Eye may work for you
-
Discuss limitations, risks and alternative options (including not treating)

Rejuran may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active skin infection in the area, or certain medical conditions affecting healing. If it’s not the right option for you, we will discuss other appropriate treatments.
There is no pressure, just honest, clinical advice.
What to expect
Consultation: Every treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation. We assess your under-eye area, review your medical history, and discuss concerns such as fine lines, dark circles, dryness or dullness. We’ll determine whether Rejuran® Eye is appropriate for you and explain alternative options if needed.
Preparation & Comfort: On the day of treatment, topical numbing cream is applied approximately 30 minutes prior to maximise comfort. Most patients find the procedure very manageable.
Treatment Time: Appointments typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on your personalised plan and whether treatment is combined with other services.
Downtime: You may experience temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, small bumps at treatment points or mild bruising. These effects are usually short-term. Most patients return to normal activities soon after treatment, with advice to temporarily avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat (sauna/spa) and active skincare.
Results & Treatment Plan: Rejuran® Eye is suited to those seeking gradual, skin-quality improvement rather than dramatic change.A minimum of 3 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, is generally recommended for optimal skin support. Maintenance treatments may then be advised to help sustain results over time.Improvements, where achieved, develop progressively and vary between individuals. Your personalised plan will be discussed during consultation.
Safety: All medical aesthetic procedures carry risks. Possible side effects include bruising, swelling, infection (rare), inflammatory reactions, prolonged lumps or unsatisfactory cosmetic outcome. These will be discussed thoroughly prior to treatment so you can make an informed decision.
